Sports massage

As it says on the tin, this is a massage session and we all know the benefits. Some people refer to it as a heavier "deep tissue massage, " which is not necessarily correct. The pressure and the variety of techniques always depend on individual preferences, and I will always check and monitor this with you. 

 

As always, all the decision-making is yours. I will still use a good variety of soft tissue techniques, but I will not do any root cause investigation, ROM testing, etc., and you make the decisions on what areas we will be treating and what other modalities (cupping,acupuncture) I will be using if we even use any.
